A passionate and award winning cleaning operations trainer who has travelled Australia training cleaners for over ten years and has been in and around the cleaning industry her whole life. The team have now trained , mentored and coached over 3000 cleaners over the years and all have given feedback and surveys that we then use to improve all our programs.
Fiona sits on the advisory panel of numerous companies, is a national brand ambassador and advocate in the cleaning industry passionate about the standard for both cleaners and the companies they serve.
Creating hard working highly skilled cleaners is the goal. The cleaning industry is an ever changing industry and Fiona and the team run a cleaning business based in Newcastle to ensure all trainers and completion coaching are not just cleaners in a past life but keep their currency up to date at all times.

WHAT THE AUSTRALIAN CLEANING ACADEMY OFFERS YOU!
The Australian Cleaning Academy was born after so many Cert III Cleaning Operations students applied for cleaning roles and were unable to clean. The cleaning industry now commands a certain level of skill, attitude, and knowledge. Most cleaners are falling well short, partly due to the classroom only, paper based and workbook mode of delivery.
When we designed our academy, it was with cleaners and cleaning businesses in mind. While all our materials are written to the Australian standards of the accredited Cert III. Our courses are written by cleaners for cleaners, to get the best possible skilled cleaners who command respect and improve the standard treatment of people in the cleaning industry.
For far too long the cleaning industry has been an unaccredited, unregistered and an unregulated industry. The flow on affect as seen many cleaners unskilled, underpaid, overworked, leading to a high turnover and burnout rates.
We are so pleased to be able to offer training across the board. We consider the cleaner and how they learn best and teach them quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.

Do I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes, you receive a downloadable certification of completion.
Are your units accredited?
They are not. We run short courses in alignment with industry standard and can connect you with an RTO.
How long do I have access?
You have access for 12 months.
Can I download and print the booklets?
Yes.
