Cleaning has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and over the past 30 years I've built a successful cleaning business, trained thousands of cleaners and helped business owners across Australia create profitable, sustainable businesses.
I'm passionate about raising the standard of our industry through practical, real-world education that genuinely makes a difference. Whether I'm training cleaners, mentoring business owners or working with organisations to develop tailored training programs, my focus has always been the same—helping people build confidence, develop their skills and achieve better outcomes.
One thing that's always been important to me is staying connected to the industry. That's why we continue to operate our own cleaning business alongside the Academy. It keeps our training current, practical and based on what's happening in the real world—not just what's written in a textbook.
