We are transforming the very fabric of the cleaning industry to benefit us all
What we've created here at the Australian Cleaning Academy is an environment where cleaners actually want to train, they get excited about learning, while becoming Australia's next best cleaners. As a by-product, they go to their employer, love what they're doing, feel recognised and part of a community, and do a better job. The profitability and productivity outputs we see in trained staff is a wonderful representation and a realisation of Fiona’s vision that has now been executed.
With thousands of students across Australia now tapping into our app and learning daily.
We are so excited to be able to transform the way cleaning businesses deliver training in this country. Training organisations quickly deliver the content and demand competency, but there are so many layers to how someone learns and barriers they may have to overcome. Quite often, cleaners aren't digitally competent, have low levels of comprehension and are scared of doing the tests.
Training has never been about the student, until now.
The RTO’s and training organisations have failed to deliver client and student engaged training. Training is often written for compliance and ticking boxes. Unfortunately, we acknowledge that this is a necessary component, but the creativity and innovation of our program sets aside the mundane tasks, things like data entry are not considered when we design our training.
We design training for the student, they progress through our material and quizzes quickly, while maintaining a high standard compared to other programs. This cuts down on the administrative tasks for the cleaning business owner and the RTO. On completion, our students have not only reached a high level of competency, but are also extremely competent cleaners.
Skills that can be utilised in all areas of the cleaning industry
Students are not here to learn how to do their job or be a better company employee. They are here and fully engaged in training to become the best cleaner with real-world skills. The certificate III in cleaning operations has changed a lot over the years, but to be recognised as a profession. We need to raise the industry standard as professionals to be recognised as a key ingredient in the health and wellbeing of education and medical industries in our country.
